Panthera Accounting is a small practice based in Grove, near Wantage, in Oxfordshire.

We have clients throughout the South of England.

The managing director is Victoria Wagg, a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.

We believe we have something more to offer our clients than just “getting the accounts done” and always aim to deliver 101%. We think that the personal touch and attention to our clients is an essential part of what we do.

We like to form lasting relationships with our clients and really get to know and understand their businesses.

We like to work on a monthly fixed fee basis because:

• We think you should pay for outcomes, not for the time it takes to get things done

• There are no nasty surprises at year end

• It smoothes the cost out over the year

• It helps dialogue – our clients don’t worry that we’ll charge them extra for a phone call or letter
