At Panthera we are firmly committed to customer service.
In order to ensure that our service levels are of the highest calibre, we guarantee that if any of the following service levels are not met in any particular month, then we will refund that month’s fee:
If we don’t meet any of the following service criteria within a month, then we will refund that month’s fee:
* We will return any messages left within one working day
* We will reply to any letters/emails/faxes within two working days
* Subject to the information being provided by you when required, draft annual accounts will be available for approval within four weeks
* All accounting and taxation work will be carried out by suitably qualified people
* Clients will be phoned at least once a quarter to ensure they are happy with our services
